What this website stores about you

Draft. Pending review by counsel. The controller's legal name and address will be added before launch.

Only what you give us

Newsletter: your email address, the topics you chose, the version of the consent wording you saw, and the timestamps of sign-up and confirmation. We email you a link first; until you confirm, we send you nothing else.
Contact form: the name, email, company and message you type, and the consent wording version.

What we do not store

We do not store IP addresses or browser details with these records. Confirmation, unsubscribe and deletion links are single-use and are kept only as one-way hashes.

Analytics

If enabled, we count page views with a self-hosted, cookie-less analytics tool on our own infrastructure. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across sites, and honours your browser's Do Not Track setting. It is not loaded on the confirmation, unsubscribe or deletion pages.

Your choices

Unsubscribe at any time.
Delete everything we hold for your address. We verify by emailing you a one-time link.

Where it lives

In a managed PostgreSQL database in Azure, in the region chosen at deployment. The website itself is served as static files from Cloudflare.
